Therapeutic Grade Lavender Oil - 100% Pure and Natural

Deodorant: Mix a 2% solution (12 drops per ounce) of lavender oil with water in a small spritzer spray bottle. Add a few drops of botanic/castile soap to help the oil and water blend. Use this homemade spray deodorant as you would any other. For the best results, keep the solution undiluted, unmodified, and unfiltered.

Shampoo: Add a few drops of lavender oil to your shampoo bottle, then stir or shake well. This will leave your hair with a fresher scent and your scalp clean and well-conditioned.

For mask or oil applications, a 1% or less dilution is recommended. For massage oils and other leave-on body products, a 2% dilution is advisable. For rinse-off bath and body products, a 3% dilution is recommended.

Shower: Run hot water in the shower and sprinkle a few drops of lavender oil on the floor or walls, out of the direct stream. The heat and steam will vaporize the lavender. Lavender oil is more relaxing, while peppermint oil is more stimulating in this setting.

Bath: As the bath water is running, add 5 to 10 drops of lavender oil, along with a small amount of bath soap to help the oil and water blend.

Foot Bath: Prepare a 2% lavender oil solution in warm water. Add a few drops of botanical or castile soap to assist the mixing, and some Epsom salts if available. Soak your feet for five to ten minutes, then gently brush around the cuticles and nails with a soft brush.

Lip Balm: Mix a few drops of lavender oil per teaspoon of fractionated coconut oil, which serves as a carrier. Warm the coconut oil to facilitate the mixing, then use the blend to make your own soothing lip balm for chapped lips or hands.

Facial Cleanse: Brew a strong cup of your preferred herbal tea, such as chamomile. In a separate container, combine 1/4 cup of liquid castile soap, 1/2 teaspoon of olive, rosehip, or other light carrier oil, 10 drops of tea tree oil, and enough tea to make a total of 4 ounces. You can also add several drops of vitamin E oil if desired. Mix well and transfer to a small pump or dispenser bottle. Work the mixture into a wet washcloth, then use it to wash your face and rinse.
